I started in the painting business with my Dad in Detroit.I put myself through college at Wayne State University.And received a Liberal arts degree with a double major.
I moved to Florida in the early 80's to learn the building business from my older brother Jerry.
With him I learned, management, budgets, time constraints,problem solving,communication,advertising, architectural drawings,and much more.
In my 'Aha' moment I was given 50 homes to build.It dawned on me, because i did not want my brother yelling at me, that I better get building faster.
I built one home in 3 months and the second in 2 weeks which I think is still a record in Miami.
After leaving that job I opened Fantasy Finishes.
This really gave me an inital headache.Going from constuction where everything is laid out to having to create an idea, a thought, from my own head was daunting.
It took a while but I was able to tap into my creative center.It was very rewarding to be able to look at almost everything through a new vision.
So here we are at Face2Faceexperts.
I think I have experienced enough to get me here.And I hope that I now know that I do not know everything, so this will be a new adventure for me.I invite you as client, expert, investor to experience what Face2faceexperts can do for you.

Qualifications
I have over 30 years in various construction fields.I have been at one time or another a builder, remodeler, investor, landlord, owner, contractor, property manager,design and consulting.
My next set of qualifications comes by way of a company I started and built called Fantasy Finishes.
It became one of the most sought after Decorative painting companies in South Florida.I did work for Burdines, Macy's, Bloomingdales, high end clients and local/national celebrities.
